•          What is the turn around time (TAT)?

All Bow or RTS orders have a TAT of 1-8 business days. We always strive to ship out as fast as we are able too! Shipping is added at final checkout. Please know that we try to ensure shipping costs stay minimal. We currently only ship within the United States. Preorders have a specific tat that varies, most preorders are 2-3 weeks.

• Ordering Ready to Ship items and Preorder Items

 I do not mind combining RTS and Preorder Items. Please understand that if you order them together ALL items will ship TOGETHER. This may extend TAT depending on what the preorder TAT time is. TAT will ALWAYS be on the listing. If you want RTS items in our regular TAT 1-7 business days, please place two separate orders.

Kelsey's Bo Co. does not issue refunds. If there is an issue, and we are unable to fulfill your order you will be refunded in that circumstance or offered store credit. All other circumstances are non-refundable. If there is any issue, please contact us within 24 hours of the order being delivered per postage delivery date and time and we will make it right.
